It was a proud moment for us at TechMBS when we won the most prestigious UK Business Award – 2016 for Operational Excellence at an event in London. We had presented our web chat case study on how we helped our client (a leading telecom company in Europe) scale new heights. Our client recently adopted web chat – however in the span of 12 months, this operation was judged as the best in the market outrunning players that have been present for a long time.
We, in collaboration with our client, were recognised by
the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) for our most effective Learning & Development programme, which has won us the Bronze award. The long established Contact Centre Awards for Europe uses a robust judging process overseen by an unrivalled panel of industry experts to recognise and develop exceptional talent. Our Millennial friendly digital Learning approach makes us one of the top 3 learning organisations across Europe and this win is truly a moment of pride.
We’re one of the only 2 Indian winners among the 35 global companies who won the award this year. With this win, we join an elite group of global organisations that have achieved this distinguished award.

Tech Mahindra Business Services (TechMBS) won the GSA (Global Sourcing Association) Award for the category ‘International Outsourcing Contract of the Year 2017’ in a glittering event held in London on 20th October 2017. This particular category of award is given by the GSA to promote best practices from around the world and to highlight excellence in outsourcing. TechMBS won on the basis of our performance measured against the parameters of Strategy, Partnership Approach, Benefits Realization, Best Practices, Governance and Innovation.

The Star Awards are Tech Mahindra’s apex platform for recognising high performers across the entire organization. And in a prestigious ceremony held on 9th October 2015, Birendra Sen (Business Leader, TechMBS) was awarded Associate of the Year, from among 1,05,000 employees of Tech Mahindra across the globe.
Biren (as he is popularly known) was recognised for being the key lead for the digital journey for the Business Services Group (BSG) that belongs to Tech Mahindra and for the ‘Carexa’ framework, which is aimed at ‘delivering a memorable digital experience for BSG’s end customers’.
In addition, the team working on the Carexa framework has won the award for Vertical Solution of the Year.
