An accomplished business leader in people management, operations management, and corporate strategy, Sujit Baksi is President, Corporate Affairs at Tech Mahindra. He is also directly responsible for APAC Enterprise Business.
A visionary and a strategist with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Sujit has played a significant role in managing the rapid growth of the Organization and is a key member of the Executive Management team at Tech Mahindra.
Prior to Tech Mahindra, Sujit was with Lehman Brothers ( India) as Senior Vice-President, CAO, and a member of the Lehman India Board. His highly impressive track record includes being President - Global Operations, Customer Services, and CEO at HCL Technologies (BPO Solutions and Services). He was also EVP HR at HCL Technologies and has worked with TCS, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Bank of India and Union Carbide.
Sujit is a graduate from the Presidency College, Kolkata and holds a Master’s degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and is a member of the governing Board of IIIT Naya Raipur.
Birendra leads the BPS portfolio of Tech Mahindra including the portfolio companies Perigord, Eventus and Activus. He is responsible for establishing BPS as a leading next generation digital partner globally.
He has spent 17 years in the organization managing multiple portfolios. He has been instrumental in developing and scaling digital customer experience management solutions for Tech Mahindra. He has incubated new products, services and offerings that our customers appreciate. He has also been instrumental in building the BPS organization that set this business on an industry-leading growth trajectory.
He is passionate about innovation in CX, Digital transformation, AI and data sciences, building the BPS brand and innovation in people leadership. He believes in ecosystem plays and works very closely with partners and customers to co-create solutions for the future.
With more than two decades of experience spanning multiple industries, Birendra has been driving the digital transformation for our customers globally. He has led several transformation programmes for clients, delivering significant improvements in CX and profitability and believes in pushing the limits to drive meaningful experiences for people, customers and shareholders.
He has a Bachelor in Engineering from NIT - Bhopal, is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Lucknow, and is an alumnus of the executive development programme from Harvard University.
Kunal Dayal Jesrani is the Senior Vice President for Operations Support at Tech Mahindra Business Services. She has over 20 years of experience in Operational Planning, Design and Delivery in the customer relationship management industry.
Kunal is responsible for all the support departments which are a primary interface between the operations and our clients.
She oversees the seamless delivery of support capabilities comprising of Solutions design and implementation, Programme Management Office, Business Intelligence, Business Finance, Risk assurance, Work Force Management, Business Readiness Testing & Systems, Monitoring and Continuous Improvements as well as Learning.
Having joined the organization in 2002, her blend of people management skills and operational excellence has delivered proven results to the business.
In her personal time, Kunal is a food connoisseur and enjoys globetrotting with her husband and son. She is passionate about running and of late, is huge on Instagram with her cooking escapades.
