Companies reward employees with monetary benefits, certificates and medals but a fully-paid international trip is unheard of in the BPO industry. The trip gave us an opportunity to interact with top management outside the office; they were all friendly and caring, and made us feel valued.

You get time off from work, experience a new country its culture, who wouldn't want to go for that! The company took all possible measures to make the trip an enjoyable experience for us, be it food, sight-seeing or stay.
